This is a bending lick on the (G) third, and (D) fourth string, but you're actually pulling the strings to bend them. This is a good exercise to work on this technique, and it sounds like you're using a bender. When you do your pull off at the second fret, just put your index finger back down and pull the string. The third bend is all pull offs, and for the last bend I use my ring finger.
