The first chord is just an A chord, and you can make a bar in the 2nd fret, or use the 3 finger position. Here we're bending the 3rd note in the scale up to the 4th, so this is another half step bend. Start on the open 5th string, and after picking the 2nd string pull the bender up a half step, and then release it. You want the bent note to sound like the note in the 3rd fret, on the 2nd string.
