thanks alot

ohh by the way. What is this?
The solo from the song ''Neither can i'' by Slash's snakepit. What scale does it use? It sounds very melodic, what is it?

What scale is it?

The solo sounds like a mix of minor penta/blues scale and phrygian dominant/harmonic minor scale.

i'll get to the schedule thing very soon and keep you posted.

One thing to remember is that most (but not all) players are not necessarily thinking in terms of scales. They are simply going where their ears are leading them, and I find this to be a great approach. When trying to break down what scales a certain instrumentalist, focus more on the phrasing and the note choices as opposed to getting to caught up in what scales are going on. Good to know, but make sure you have the physical part down of playing this solo and than try and work some of it into YOUR OWN playing.
